Ginger is a highly accomplished accounting and finance professional with over 25 years of experience. Ginger is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, development, and implementation of a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and overseeing the company’s cash management objectives. Also, Ginger has extensive project based job costing experience and works with project managers and technical staff regarding clients and meeting budget objectives for the organization. Before joining Scientel, Ginger was responsible for the accounting operations for other companies she was employed with, extensive consulting and work with construction and project based companies where she developed accounting policies and procedures for proper job costing analysis and reporting to comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
